Spotlight Client Jeanne Rues!
My weekly exercise consists of three workouts at So Be Fit and cardio on my own at least two other days (I try for three). When I started at So Be Fit, I had two workouts with Traci and I attended one of Laura's classes. More recently, I've increased my workouts with Traci by adding another day. I'm still trying to figure out how to get back to one of Laura's classes. My cardio usually consists of jogging or walking for 30-45 minutes.
I've been working out at So.Be.Fit. for just over 4 months. When I started, I decided to give personal training a try because I was failing to be fit on my own. I finally got tired of feel/being weak, and frustrated by my inability to get results.

Results were quick in coming. Within the first two weeks my attitude was transformed, and shortly after that the rest of me followed. Now, I find motivation from many sources including buying clothes a size smaller than before, having abs my husband envies, and actually having biceps. However, my greatest motivation comes from investing in my well-being, having my husband's support, and having Traci (The Torturer) challenging me every workout.
Just one last note: When your muscles are burning and you don't think you can do one more rep or step, say out loud 'I can do it!' You'll find you can.
