Personal Trainer, Diana M. Rodriguez, believes all goals are achievable through hard work, consistency, dedication and discipline. Graduating with a Physical Education degree from Indiana University, she continues her passion of Fitness and Wellness by sharing it with those who want to improve quality of life and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Specializing in CORE training, she requires minimal equipment and will teach a person how to use their own body weight to create inner strength first to build external strength second. Diana also completed a 12 week BOSU conditioning course, another great CORE training tool, and earned Apex certification while Personal Training at Gold’s Gym. She trains clients at So.Be.Fit, Gold’s Gym, outdoors and hopes to share more!

Meet Erin Light!

Erin Light is a personal trainer and a dance and group exercise instructor at So.Be.Fit Fitness and Pilates Studio. She trains clients at So.Be.Fit, large gyms, corporations, residences, and other locations. She is also RTV6’s On Your Healthy Side fitness reporter presenting health, wellness, and fitness segments for the morning news. Erin has obtained certifications through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, FiTOUR, the YMCA, and plans to add more. In 2007, she organized and instructed all aspects of the Fort Benjamin YMCA Dance Academy. She also owns her own company called Fit-Biz! that brings fitness and wellness into companies and schools! Yoga Instructor Lisa Menard!

Certified Yoga Instructor Lisa Menard teaches the Tuesday night Yoga at 6:30pm and also is available for private Yoga instruction. Lisa Menard is a certified Hatha yoga instructor and has practiced yoga for more than twelve years. She is well versed in many styles of yoga and breathwork and incorporates them into her teaching and life. Lisa loves her healthy lifestyle and believes in balance in everything—spiritually, mentally, and nutritionally. As a professional make-up artist and stylist who teachers the holistic approach to life, she is still learning to live and teach the art of fun. Lisa has enjoyed leading her various classes for more than 2 years and loves bringing the radiance, joy, and healing of yoga to students of all ability levels.

Class Instructor Kim O’Connor

Kim O’Connor studied dance at Ball State University and continues to feed her passion for movement by teaching fitness classes and dance in the Indianapolis area. Currently, Kim teaches the Cardio Blast! Class Wednesdays at 7:00pm and the Mommy, Me, and the Monon Class Thursdays at 9:00am. When not working, she enjoys playing music, gardening, and relaxing with her husband and their three dogs.

Personal Trainer Traci Sutton


Traci is an ACE certified personal trainer and holds other certifications through the YMCA in Foundations of Group Exercise, Healthy Life Style Principles, and Strength and Conditioning. She also obtained a certification in Exercise and Osteoporosis through Exercise ETC. INC. Traci is currently working on receiving a certification in Lifestyles & Weight Management. She trains clients at So.Be.Fit. Fitness and Pilates Studio, residences, big gyms, and teaches 30 Minute Express Fit at the Jordan YMCA. Traci’s goal is to bring exercise into your life for a lifestyle change.
