POWER YOGA! 9:15 Sunday am 60-75 minutes
Power Miy Yoga, based in Vinyasa Yoga but also drawing from many styles, offers a dynamic and flowing practice. The focus is on breathing, alignment, proper muscular activation, and attention to the here and now. Class format varies to keep students on a high learning curve. The class is taught at a “higher” level, but all students are welcome as all poses (asanas) can be modified based on individual needs. Props are offered if needed for certain poses.
