Be.Fit. BootCamp: Want to Get Fit The "Old School" Way?! This workout brings you all the classics that are so effective to tone and firm your body! It is a great mix of Cardio and Strength and will leave you feeling strong and pumped!
Bosu Conditioning/Core Class This class focuses on strengthening your core, improving posture and balance and increasing muscle endurance by using Bosu Balls, various props and your own body weight. If you want to kick your workouts up a notch, then this class is for you! It is instructed at an intermediate to advanced level and we need a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5 people to hold the class.
Core/Pilates Fusion: Laura’s style of "Pilates" is non-traditional in that the techniques are more aligned with total core training, along with light free weights and legs exercises as well. Shoes off, lights dimmed, and a great full body workout using just your body weight along with a couple of props!
Pilates/Sculpt: 45-50 minutes of a slightly higher intensity than Mat Pilates class due to the intermixing of weight training. This class is a great "combo" of Sculpting and Core Training!
Sculpting: This class is a great full-body toning class working the entire body, and incorporating a small amount of cardio to get you going!
Power-ful Yoga!
Our Power-ful Yoga class offers a flowing style that combines challenging poses with a focus on strengthening the body. We will utilize our breath to power through our vinyasa flow, balancing poses, inversions and arm balances. This class is open to those with some yoga experience who are looking for an hour in which to be present, sweat, and enjoy.
Cardio Boxing! Targets arms, legs, abs and back. Tones muscles, burns fat, improves cardiovascular endurance using Boxing Techniques! Instructor, Suzana Rodriguez is an amateur boxer, and has worked with ALL age groups! Get ready for a GREAT workout.
