Think of 12 weeks of:
The Biggest Loser will be run solely by the So.Be.Fit. professional trainers. This program runs $40/week and it is a 12 week committment, so $480 total. With this, you will get a nice food journal, pedometer and cardio log, you will get weekly weigh-ins and measurements, you will have attendance to the 10:00am Saturday Biggest Loser Challenge Class (and if you cannot make it, you can choose another class), you will get weekly workout and diet homework, and you will have a "packet" with diet and exercise information to keep you on track. We plan to have a nutritionist and/or life coach come and give a speech. We will also be available to you for online support and the winner(s) will get an AWESOME prize!
