Spring is Almost Here!

To accomodate our family of clients who will be affected by Spring Break, classes will run on a seven week session, choose 6 of the 7 available weeks to attend class. If you would like to attend class for all 7 weeks, you may do so at the additional cost of $15. Sign up for multiple classes to get the maximum benefit! Conditioning Classes Session begins 3/7/2010

Bosu Conditioning/Core Class

(Intermediate-Advanced Level) This 60 minute class focuses on strengthening your core, balance and muscle endurance by using Bosu Balls, various props and your own body weight. We need a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5 people. The cost is $180 for 2 classes per week for 6 weeks or $100 for once a week. Login to Register!

Body Conditioning Classes

Classes are each 45 minutes long. Each class session is priced at $72. Read our policy for more information.

Bootcamp

Class is 60 minutes long. Sign up for one class per week for 6 weeks at $100, or the price to attend both classes per week is discounted at $180 per session. Register for your spot in this life changing class today!

Yoga

Yoga Classes are considered "open" and do not follow the six week session. Each class lasts about 65-75 minutes and is on a pay-per-attendance basis at $15 per class. Registration is not necessary, just show up and be ready to improve your strength and flexiblity! Appropriate for all levels.

Class Session Policy

Although the current session lasts 7 weeks, the payment schedule is still for only 6 classes! If you are affected by spring break and cannot attend class one week, just let us know which week you will be missing. If you are not affected by spring break and wish to attend all 7 classes for the session, simply pay $15 for the extra class.

Each class for each 6-week series will need a minimum of 5 participant sign-ups in order for the class to be a "go".

If you have signed up and the minimum has not been met (2 days prior to the beginning of the 6-week series), will we contact you to let you know and provide you a spot in another class.

When you sign up for a class, you have 100% commited to the given rate for the session. Please either pre-pay or bring the payment in full at the first class in the series. Classes will not roll-over to the next six-weeks.

If you must cancel your attendance to a class, you may transfer the class to another on the schedule with a 24-hour notice. Please keep the transfers to 2 times per series.

If you would like to begin taking classes and it is after we have begun a series, please do not wait for the next series to begin! We will gladly pro-rate the rest of the classes to get you going.
