New Class - Zumba! Saturdays 11:00am: Here by popular demand! This fun, energizing class uses dance moves to target every muscle in your body. The music alone will keep you going for the whole week! Open to all levels.
Cardio Blast
Tuesdays 5:30pm: Anything Goes Workout! This full body workout includes cardio, strength, core and calorie blasting moves! Get ready to get your heart rate up with a fun, challenging an effective workout! Open to all levels.

Muscle Activation Circuit
Wednesdays 6:00pm: M.A.C. training is strength plus cardio in a series of 60 second circuit stations. Endurance grows through a mix of 15 different stations with core strengthening following. Challange yourself to a new wave of fitness and invest in a newer, fitter, stronger, sexier YOU!

 

 

Spring is here!

Warm weather = less clothes!! There is still time to get in shape before swimsuit season. Sign up for a six week session, and you will be on track... Sign up for multiple classes to get the maximum benefit! If you are visiting in the middle of a session, simply call us and we will pro-rate the classes that you have missed. Bootcamp

New Class! Stroller Baby Fitness

This outdoor stroller workout is led by trainer/mom Suzana Griffen on Saturday mornings and allows parents and baby to enjoy time together while getting fit! Class meets at our studio, but all of the fun takes place out on the Monon Trail. Be sure your stroller has a basket because we will be using dumb bells and bands along the way. Class Session Policy

Each class for each 6-week series will need a minimum of 5 participant sign-ups in order for the class to be a "go".

If you have signed up and the minimum has not been met (2 days prior to the beginning of the 6-week series), will we contact you to let you know and provide you a spot in another class.

When you sign up for a class, you have 100% commited to the given rate for the session. Please either pre-pay or bring the payment in full at the first class in the series. Classes will not roll-over to the next six-weeks.

If you must cancel your attendance to a class, you may transfer the class to another on the schedule with a 24-hour notice. Please keep the transfers to 2 times per series.

If you would like to begin taking classes and it is after we have begun a series, please do not wait for the next series to begin! We will gladly pro-rate the rest of the classes to get you going.
