"I have been training with Laura and Katie, and participating in group fitness at So Be for the past 6 months. Throughout the past 6 months, both Laura and Katie have been focused on my weight loss goals, as well as my health and well-being. We track my food and exercise together, troubleshoot difficulties with diet and fitness weekly, and discuss new goals as I meet my previous goals. I am excited to go work out at So Be, not only because I know I will get a great workout, but because it is a very friendly atmosophere. You get to know everyone there and Laura makes sure that everyone is introduced to everyone. You feel like you are part of a supportive group. "I had 2 different trainers before coming to So.Be.Fit. in October. I wasn’t seeing results with anyone else, and after talking with Laura, I knew that I would see results here. So.Be. Fit. taught me about the food choices I make and started to make working out fun. My hours with Laura fly by, it never feels like that long because we’re always doing something different and I feel like I’m spending my hour with a friend. My 45 minute sessions in a training group are always fun as we use each other for motivation and a little healthy competition. So.Be.Fit. taught me about pushing limits. When I feel as though one more push up isn’t possible, somehow they motivate me to do two more. My limits are always pushed and Laura reminds me always that the burn means it’s working! The sense of accomplishment is wonderful and so encouraging. In the 3 months I’ve been at So.Be.Fit., I’ve lost 15 pounds and am thrilled to have a different outlook on life. "A neighbor introduced me to So.Be.Fit and I am so grateful to her for that! I am a runner and was looking for a way to add strength training to my work outs. Laura and Jenny and their workouts are just what I was looking for! I get a whole body workout and coming from a large gym, the attention in the smaller setting is wonderful! They know all their clients and provide modifications for each special problem. The workouts are fun and fast paced, 45 min. goes by very quickly! I have worked one-on-one with Laura as well and she created a workout for me for when I travel and can't get to the gym. I had an injury from running in the Fall and Laura worked with me, encouraged me, and put me in contact with other people who were knowledgeable and able to help me. I would not have been able to complete the Chicago marathon without her! Looking forward to many more workouts!"
