Class Session PolicyAlthough the current session lasts 7 weeks, the payment schedule is still for only 6 classes! If you are affected by spring break and cannot attend class one week, just let us know which week you will be missing. If you are not affected by spring break and wish to attend all 7 classes for the session, simply pay $15 for the extra class. Each class for each 6-week series will need a minimum of 5 participant sign-ups in order for the class to be a "go". If you have signed up and the minimum has not been met (2 days prior to the beginning of the 6-week series), will we contact you to let you know and provide you a spot in another class. When you sign up for a class, you have 100% commited to the given rate for the session. Please either pre-pay or bring the payment in full at the first class in the series. Classes will not roll-over to the next six-weeks. If you must cancel your attendance to a class, you may transfer the class to another on the schedule with a 24-hour notice. Please keep the transfers to 2 times per series. If you would like to begin taking classes and it is after we have begun a series, please do not wait for the next series to begin! We will gladly pro-rate the rest of the classes to get you going.
